The Hilton Austin is located downtown on 4th street, within walking distance and a short car ride to some of Austin’s hottest destinations. This property also features a rooftop pool and bar, a TopGolf Swing Suite, amazing restaurants, and live music in the lobby every evening. Attendees will be responsible for booking their own hotel accommodations. Please note that it is a requirement for delegates to stay at the Convention hotel.

Attendees can also call Hilton Central Reservations directly at 1-800-236-1592 and reference the group name, Alpha Xi Delta Fraternity Convention, or the group code, AX1, in order to receive the group rate over the contracted event dates.

The cutoff date for the room block is Tuesday, June 10, 2025.
